Online Banking

Mobile Banking

The REGIONAL Mobile app is available for iOS and Android devices. With REGIONAL Mobile, you can:

  • View balances and transactions
  • Transfer funds
  • Find the nearest shared branch location
  • Sign, snap and go with mobile check deposits
  • And more!

To get started, install the app and use your Online Banking username and password to login. The app is fingerprint ID-capable on compatible devices. Search for "REGIONAL fcu Mobile" in the App Store (Apple iOS devices) or Play Store (Android).


Text and Voice Alerts

Keep tabs on your REGIONAL accounts with mobile Text and Voice Alerts, for improved security and convenience.

When you set up Alerts, you’ll get notifications on the account activity of your choosing, by mobile text message or automated phone call. Set up as few or as many alerts as you want, from check clearing and ACH deposits to potential signs of fraud such as address changes, failed login attempts and more. There are nearly 30 different alerts available!

How to Set Up Alerts

Text and Voice Alerts are easy to set up yourself from Online Banking. Login to your account through a browser and select “Manage Alerts” from the “My Profile” menu at the top. Select the alerts you want to receive from the “Add Alerts” option, then click “Send Alerts to” to choose voice, text or email alerts.

Note: you must have a mobile phone number listed on your account to use Text or Voice Alerts. Add or edit your number or email address from the “My Profile” menu by selecting “Update Profile” and clicking “Update Contact Information.”

For your convenience, we recommend adding REGIONAL Alerts to your mobile device contacts. Text Alerts will be sent from 40426 and Voice Alerts will call from 346-444-1059.

Bill Payer Plus

Pay your bills online, in one place, with Bill Payer Plus. It’s easy to set up payees and schedule one-time or recurring payments. Skip the stamps or skip logging in to a dozen different websites to pay your bills. Bill Payer Plus is free for the first 90 days, then $5.95 per month afterwards ($4.00/month for members ages 55 and up, $6.95/month for business accounts). Login to Online Banking and select "Bill Pay" from the Online Services menu to get started today.
