Are You Enrolled in Electronic Statements?

Since launching our new core banking platform in early October, almost every REGIONAL member who was using Online and Mobile Banking before the change has re-enrolled.

However, there's one more step: re-enroll in E-Statements to avoid a monthly paper statement printing and postage fee. Fortunately, it's super easy to sign up.

First, Check if You've Already Enrolled

Log in to Online Banking or the REGIONAL Mobile app and select "Statements" from the menu.

  • Before October 2025 statements are posted: If you see a message that says no statements are available, you are already enrolled
  • After October 2025 statements are posted: if you see a link to your statement, you are already enrolled
  • If you see an E-Statement signup form, you are NOT enrolled...follow the instructions to get signed up and restart E-Statements.

PLEASE NOTE: if you need a previous 2025 statement from before the transition, just contact REGIONAL. Nothing has been deleted or lost!

How to Restart E-Estatements

The in-app or onscreen instructions will walk you through the process, but here they are in detail:

  1. Check the "I agree..." box
  2. Click the link for your access code (this step is to make sure your device can open PDF files, since E-Statements are delivered as a PDF)
  3. Enter the code from the PDF pop-up in the box
  4. Click "Start E-Statements"

You are now re-enrolled in E-Statements!

Remember, Electronic Statements not only save you money on printed statement fees, but they're also more secure than paper statements since only YOU ever have access, and they arrive a few days faster than a mailed statement.
