Are You Enrolled in Electronic Statements?

Most REGIONAL members have enrolled in our new Online and Mobile Banking since the upgrade last year. However, there's one more step: enroll in E-Statements to get your monthly statement delivered electronically. Fortunately, it's super easy to sign up.

Check if You've Already Enrolled

Log in to Online Banking or the REGIONAL Mobile app and select "Statements" from the menu.

  • If you see a link to your statement, you are already enrolled
  • If you see an E-Statement signup form, you are NOT enrolled...follow the instructions to get signed up and restart E-Statements.

How to Restart E-Estatements

  1. Check the "I agree..." box
  2. Click the link for your access code (this step is to make sure your device can open PDF files, since E-Statements are delivered as a PDF)
  3. Enter the code from the PDF pop-up in the box
  4. Click "Start E-Statements"

You are now enrolled in E-Statements!
