Who We Are
Credit unions are not-for-profit organizations that exist to serve their members. Like banks, credit unions accept deposits, make loans and provide a wide array of other financial services. But as member-owned and cooperative institutions, credit unions provide a safe place to save and borrow at reasonable rates.

Benefits of a Career at REGIONAL
A confidential resource for REGIONAL team members and their immediate families, our EAP provides counseling, information, and referral services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
REGIONAL provides excellent on-the-job training programs. These programs create a perpetual learning culture within REGIONAL that facilitates career opportunities and growth, enhances member service and satisfaction, and contributes to organizational success.
An FSA (Flexible Spending Account) allows pre-tax dollars to be set aside and used for qualifying health care and dependent care expenses.
The HSA (Health Savings Account) is an interest-bearing, tax-advantaged savings account designed to help individuals with high deductible health plans save for future, qualified medical expenses. This account can receive contributions through payroll deduction or by depositing monies directly into the account. REGIONAL will also provide an annual $500 contribution to your HSA account (Maximum limits apply).
REGIONAL offers life insurance to full-time and part-time team members at little cost.
REGIONAL offers a Career Development Track, which is a process of outlining an individual career plan. This track allows team members to follow pre-determined steps along their career path to develop expertise in managing different organizational situations and reaching their career goals. As part of the process, career coaching is available to evaluate interest, values, work styles, and skills and determine what further training or experience is needed to move to the next step. These steps include cross-training, job rotation, and temporary assignments.
Coverage is available to full-time team members of continuous employment.
REGIONAL offers a choice of health coverage through Anthem — we offer a choice between 2 High Deductible Health Plans (HDHP) with a Health Savings Account option. REGIONAL pays a large part of the cost for this coverage. In addition, team members have the option of adding dental and vision coverage with both plans!
Full-Time team members earn PTO based on years of service. Part-Time team members earn PTO on a prorated schedule.
Full-time team members are eligible for Short Term and Long-Term Disability at no cost.
This pre-tax savings plan can supplement your future social security and retirement benefits. Full and part-time team members are eligible to enroll. REGIONAL also contributes a generous 3% to every team member, no matter if they contribute or not.
