FRAUD ALERT - February 2, 2026
Members are reporting fraudulent phone calls attempting to harvest REGIONAL credit/debit card details. These calls use a spoofed caller ID number the same as our Card Services line, and callers claim to be from REGIONAL. They tell the member that they have detected fraud on their cards, then ask the member to verify their full card number, expiration date and CVV code. REGIONAL will never call you asking for your card details - we already have your card number. If you receive a suspicious call, hang up and call the credit union directly at 1-800-762-7419 to verify.
