A Message from New President/CEO Michael Peters

Greetings to all REGIONAL members, 

I want to open with a big THANK YOU for your membership!  We realize the last six months have had challenges with our conversion, and your patience and understanding have been invaluable to our team. Our members are truly our motivation.

Next, I am honored to address you today as the new President/CEO of REGIONAL federal credit union. After 39 years of dedicated service, Jill Banning has retired.  Under her leadership, REGIONAL has grown into one of the leading financial institutions in Northwest Indiana. 

As I embark in my new role, I am committed to building on that legacy, continuing our growth, and meeting the evolving financial needs of our family of members. 

REGIONAL will continue to look for channels to bring top of the market products and services to the membership through technological improvements and partnerships. Our goal is to simplify your banking with the tools and high-quality member service you’ve come to expect from REGIONAL. I am excited for the opportunities that lie in front of us as we start this leg of our journey together.

REGIONAL’s objective is to be a trusted partner and help our members achieve financial independence. With the help of our dedicated team and strong leadership, we will guide our members to that destination and intern watch REGIONAL grow and prosper.
