|

REGIONAL issues ATMs Cards free of charge to requesting
members age 16 and over. ATM cardholders have 24-hour access to their accounts
at any ATM machine that displays the NYCE, Pulse, Jeanie or Cirrus logos.

Check Cards
|
REGIONAL offers a convenient VISA Check/ATM
Card that can be used to buy daily necessities as well as gifts
from your favorite store. Members can apply by filling out a brief
application. Once issued, the card is free along with all credit
transactions.

In order to access our Home Branch feature, members must be issued a PAL P.I.N. that can be used
for either the credit union's Audio or Home Banking Products. Members can obtain their PAL P.I.N.

PAL (Personal Access Line)
|
|
The Personal Access Line, commonly known as PAL, is a free service that
allows any member to conduct their finances 24-hours a day from a touch-tone
telephone. Members within Lake County can call the local number (219)-989-7592,
while members in Porter County may call (219)763-9714. Members who reside outside
the 219 area code may call 1-800-354-3909.

Phone Loan Center
|
|
With the exception of mortgage loans, members can apply for any type of loan
24-hours a day, 7 days-a-week, by calling the Phone Loan Center at (219) 979-6005.
Your call will be answered by real people and not machines.

Shared Branch Locations
|
Credit Union Service Centers are shared branch locations that enable
participating credit unions to share the cost of operating another
location for members to conduct their credit union transactions.
Currently, there are ten service centers in Northwest Indiana. For
additional statewide and nationwide locations, visit

Savings Bonds
|
|
Series EE U.S. Savings Bonds are available at the credit union. Members can
purchase the bonds in a denomination as low as $50. Members pay for half
the face value of the savings bonds.
|
|
|
|
Cashier's Checks
|
|
Cashier's checks are available for a $1 fee, unless the requested cashier's
check is for an amount over $200. All requests for cashier's checks over
$200 are free!
|

|
|
Money Orders
|
|
Members can purchase money orders at a cost of $1.00 per money order. The
maximum amount for one money order is $1,000.
|
|
|
|
Night Depository
|
|
Members can make after business hours deposits at either office locations
through the safe and secure night deposit boxes. All deposits made using
night drop after 9:00 a.m. will be posted the next business day.
|
|
|
|
Payroll Deduction
|
|
Each member group of the credit union always has the option of setting
up payroll deduction with the credit union. Payroll deduction is set up
and coordinated by the participating member group. Options include
electronic transfer or direct deposit of funds by the member group into
the various savings accounts or for loan payment.

|
|
|
Direct Deposit
|
|
Members can deposit Government, Pension or Social Security checks into
their credit union accounts through direct deposit. Members that do not
have the choice of payroll deduction with the credit union can possibly
use direct deposit for their paycheck, as long as their employer
coordinates the process.

|
|
Classic Club For Members 55 Years Young & Older
|
|
Classic Club is a special benefit program that is free to any member
that is 55 years young or older. Benefits include a 50% discount on
Classic Club checks and no fees for Traveler's Checks.

|
|
Mighty Moose Kid's Club
|
|
The Mighty Moose Kid's Club is a benefit program that is free to any
member that is 12 years of age or younger. All club members receive a
special account card, membership certificate, personalized birthday
greeting from the Mighty Moose and an invitation to the yearly
Christmas Party that is only for club members. Upon signing up for
club membership, children will receive a free stuffed replica of the
Mighty Moose. Children can also choose prizes from our toy chest with
deposits made using their coin saver card.

Amusement Park Discount Tickets
|
|
Members can purchase discounted tickets to the Six Flags Great America in Gurnee, Illinois.
|
|
|
|
Accidental Death And Dismemberment Insurance
|
|
The credit union offers $1,000 of free Death and Dismemberment Insurance
to any primary account holder that is age 18 and older. Members can
purchase additional coverage at their cost.

|
|
Notary Public Service
|
|
Members can always stop by either office of the credit union and receive
free notary public service for personal documents or paperwork.
|
|
|
|
Wire Transfers
|
|
Members can request wire transfers to any financial institution in the
country, or if the financial institution is located outside of the
United States, the member can request an international wire transfer.
